Probably NEO GEO's best unknown fighter.  Visco put it's focus purely on gameplay and sacrificed much of the eye candy that happens in the backgrounds of many other SNK fighters.  To the fans' reward and delight, the game play in Breakers is tight, responsive and the pace is extremely fast paced with no slowdown. 

 

Breakers has been compared by many fighting game fans to play similar to Capcom's Alpha series and we would have to agree.  From the sound effects to the comical personality of many of the characters, this game is at the top of our list for SNK NEO GEO fighters.  Only it's sequel Breakers Revenge beats it out.
