CHERRY MX SWITCH [CHOOSE TYPE] for Pushbuttons

Cherry MX Guide and Specifications

How to Install / Swap Cherry MX Switch Video

NOTE:  These switches are packed in bulk with 250 to 400 pieces at a time.  Because of this, some of the pins may not be perfect (slightly bent), which you would simply have to bend back (gently) in place before installation.  We recommend using a needle nose tool and slowly bending it back in place.  Like any pin, these can be damaged if not handled carefully.  As per our policies, any damage goods during the modding process is not refundable.

Cherry has been producing the MX switch since the 1980's and even to this day, is considered the standard for mechanical switches.  These were intended for use initially for keyboards but later found it's way to other applications.  For our purposes, these are used to provide inputs for the Seimitsu Alutimo pushbutton, which are available in 24 and 30mm in both solid and clear colors

The color of the key stem identifies the type of switch

Compatibility

These are compatible with the Seimitsu Alutimo pushbuttons for both the 24 and 30mm sizes.  These can also be used with other compatible pushbuttons that use the MX body style
